Eating raw brocoli with every meal. I hate the texture. I hate the little bulbs that get stuck in my teeth. But the energy I get from it is awesome, as well as the boost in testosterone.
Broscience.
Props for eating broccoli with every meal though. I can't choke the stuff down raw anymore. Good non-bound calcium in the broc.
Regarding habits, probably keeping up with world events and domestic/international financial markets. That has translated directly to personal profit.
Regarding the most fun, probably weight training.
Aside from that, I do not like habits. My roommate wakes up at the exact same time each day, eats the same **** each day, and at pretty much any point in time I know exactly where he is and exactly what he is doing. No he is not employed. I used to invite him out at night when crusing with my friends, however he rejected every attempt at getting him to socialize, always with some lame reason like "I have to get up and <insert habit/routine here>."
While regimens are necessary for success, in many cases regimens/habits/routines can also lead to a life of misery, regret, loneliness, and boredom.
It really depends what the habit is in relation to your objectives.
