1. There is no such thing as a slut, just a woman who wants to have sex. All women can get sex any time they want, even the fatties and uglies because there are always guys desperate for sex. Any modern woman IMHO is going to have a ****load of sexual partners, way more then most guys simply because in our society men hit on the women and not vice versa. All they have to do is wait, there are plenty of guys waiting in line for *****.
Supply and demand!
2. Any girl will easily be doing more then 5 guys a year, also don't forget about all the "other guys" she "didn't count".
3. No "calibre" has nothing to do with it, even in a perfect society capitalism and limited # of seats for jobs make "losers" anyway. Not to mention society is f'd up in general.

Actually it is not that radically different, I had a nurse explain to me that depending on how the development of the genetalia is activated, before being sent the signal a pre-sex organ can be turned into a penis or vagina, this is why you have hermaphrodites, etc, something went wrong with sexual development.
Imagine turning your penis inside out (i.e. reversing it so your penis was penis inside and reversed) the and putting the base of the head of your penis as and shrinking it to the size of the ****oris, it'd be something like that.
