Are you ripped? At 10% you should have a six pack. At 6.5 you should have had almost no room to pinch on any part of your body.

Pro athletes depending on which sport come under 10%. BF is not their goal it's sports and performance based but people like Manny Pacman and Floyd Mayweather are at 6% and they are shredded to the core.

Think again if you don't have bulging abs and claim to be 6%
Unfortunately for you, you discount the amount of work spent on gaining muscle/losing fat that even collegiate athletes use to achieve peak performance. For 4.5 years (redshirted first year) I was gaining muscle and working with a nutritionist to achieve my goals. Like I said, at my PEAK, I was 6.5%. Is my job on this forum to produce photographic evidence of my "ripped abs" or brag to you all about how good I look naked? No, it's to provide you with the truth. Believe it or not, it's where I was.

We used the most advanced technology to determine body fat as well. Our pods were state-of-the-art at the time. Not sure what's used now, but at the time, those were the t!ts. My team had several (10-15) individuals below 7% bf. Admittedly they were all skilll positions, but it's the truth. Many of my team mates now play in the NFL and are just as ripped as they were in college, if not moreso.

Brag brag brag, namedrop namedrop namedrop. It doesn't matter what I say because this is an internet forum. You can either choose to believe what I say or not. If not though, maybe shut your mouth. I don't really care for your amateur opinion about anything.

5'9 183 lbs about 15-16%. Doing a slow cut right now trying to maintain as much size as possible while cutting fat after bulking with HST (good results in adding size ((from 168 to 187 in about 6 months)). Recently read up on and using serotonin (5htp and sam-e) supplements to help with stress and it's effects on muscle retention and building. Taking test booster called BEAST. Don't know if that will help or not yet but I think stress has a major effect on cortisol levels for me. ALso got back into too much sugar on bulk and need to break that habit on the cut...tough so far

I'm 6'3'"245 lbs. Ex college football defensive end. BF=19%. Man I when I played I was 275 lbs! I was yoked... Now I am beginning to lean out over the years.. Ideally I would like to be 220 lbs. Its just really hard for me to cut weight. Im just naturally a bulky fvcker. I have to work incredibly hard to lose 5 pounds now. But its funny because it takes a lot for me to put on 5 pounds too. its frustrating.

My friend had played for Cincinnati. 325 6'5. Dude is and was a giant. I called him the Green mile. lol.
