Love is nothing but respect + attraction. When it is seen this way, it is very clear that it is conditional. It is quite like a business deal. no respect, loss of attraction - search for new supplier!!

Unconditional love and can only exist between parents and children in normal families. This is because there is genetic/flesh and blood bonding. Unconditional love may not exist between couples.
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Attraction is the desire to have sex with a person based on many factors(looks, status, smell, dress, "coolness") etc. At its root it means "bringing someone closer"

Love is a very vacuous concept that exists in all cultures but cannot yet be defined. At best I think it refers to a state where one would sacrifice much of their enjoyment in life to increase the enjoyment(or decrease the suffering) of a specific person. But who knows? It's all relative.
