Definitely reply with something ****y/funny... I have a lot of different inside jokes with various girls (making fun of them for being a nerd, one girl was obsessed with harry potter so I always poked fun at her for that)

Now insert that thing you always make fun of her for as the reason you don't like her..
something along the lines of "Well, maybe it'd be a different story if you weren't such a nerd" (big smile on your face now)
