By the way: The guy's ad sucks big time. A lot of requirements and "high standards" from him but absolutely no fun stuff or interesting things on his side. Sounds like an obsessive overachiever with no humor and no spontaneity at all. The part where I would freak out as a girl is when he says "will provide you with a cell" How creepy is that?

This type of pvssy-for-shelter ads is very popular in my city. Signs of the recession.

I'm not surprised if there aren't some desperate chicks taking the offer. There are lots here who can't get a job. Usually they work in hospitality and in this economic climate, it's hard to get work and rent is getting more & more expensive.

Sounds like a buisiness arrangement to me. He's just stating what women actually DO.Maybe the blunt statement of the facts is a little over the top,but if you were moving to a new city for a couple months;would you want to buy the furniture or rent it. the social stigma qould be less than getting arrested for soliciting[which is what he is doing].

Not much different than marriage and he's holding that hope out there-so she doesn't feel like a HO and can justify it in her mind. I think he's more of a DJ than many of you are giving him credit for-he knows what he wants,what he is willing to give up to get it, and doesn't care what society thinks about it. IF I had a job where I was working 80 hours a week and moving to a new town? I can see where I would find a live in maid/toy worth looking for[with a minimum hassle factor-he just ran the ad instead of bar hopping another couple hours a day]


I value my time at $100/hour, so the fun times you spend chasing women 10 hours a week,I figure cost me $1000
