She appears to have stage 1 lipedema (a medical condition that results in disproportionate accumulation of fat in the lower body). I guess you need to be an african american to appreciate something like that. Her face is kind of ugly too.
It doesn't matter how good-looking you are, how romantic you are, how funny you are... or anything else.
