There is no consensus, he's divisive even in manospheres and RP communities. Before I say anything, I think most people's view of him is based on the social media shorts/reels/etc that took off in 2021-2022, most of which was deliberately controversial in order to attract attention. Lot's of people also seem to label him as a mere "influencer" as if his kickboxing and entrepreneurship is irrelevant.
Personally I think he is sharp and very much in touch with reality, moreso than almost any other public figure. He has a lot of insightful things to share, though I don't agree with him on everything.
Whether or not he's a bad guy, I don't know. I doubt he did any sex trafficking, but it does sound like he was basically an ice cold pimp with his cam***** empire he built, and he may have done some morally questionable things or flat out despicable things, but I don't know. Either way, it's all moot. Attacking someone's character instead of what they say is intellectually lazy.
Anyway, I always recommend people watch this podcast to get the truest sense of what kind of a person Tate is.
