I like to marinate 6-7 chicken breasts, then grill them on Saturday, and put them in the fridge so I can eat them with various foods throughout the week. Heat it up and put it with pasta, make it a sandwhich, stir fry, etc.
I mostly eat fresh fruits,Green vegetables and avoid all kind of junk food and always prefer home made stuff instead of outside.I guess its best for my health to stay my self on that diet.
