i hate my step dad. he's just not a very good person. he gets mad for the stupidest smallest **** that doesnt even matter. he's almost always in a down mood and i'd rather not know him. one of my philosophies is to not have anything negative in my life. until i move out, he's just about the biggest thing holding that ideal back. i dont want to be like him, in any way, shape, or form. i would instantly forget any "tip" he may give me, if he ever did. my mom doesnt think much of him anymore either. she may not admit it, but, i know.

i think u should talk to your friend's dad. like if the 3 of u happen to be hangin out, bring up the topic of girls and ask how he would handle different situations. make it fun, it should go over well. u could even just ask him directly. try something like, "hey, i have a problem with this girl. u know lots about chicks, so i thought i'd ask u. jimmy (your ndj friend) seems to be pretty good with the ladies, did u teach him stuff?". u should be able to carry it on from there.

snareknight08, I'm in a similar situation with my dad. We just don't talk about attracting the opposite sex. And to tell the truth I don't really want to; it seems too awkward. It's a shame, really.
