WHAT DID YOU GET FROM "THE game " BY STYLE

i thought his one month approach to getting a date was unrealistic if a newbie you know it takes much longer tjhan that

HIS DISCILPLINARIAN APPROACH

Stick to my program " militarily " otherwise you won t get results too harsch to rigid


again it takes years to b good at seducing women


he only seems to t to concentate on nite clubs i don t do clubs clubbs cost money women are on their guard again mens approaches they possibly go for the best looking guys you don t stand a chance if you re avearage looking

again it s not easy to shed one s shyness to be the bold guy who approaches women and doesn t hesitate

I went through a plase of thinking it was cool, then HATING it for its jargon, and back to (currently) respecting the writing style of the author as well as his personal experience.

it gave me an outline of all the steps necessary to seduce the girl. it also made me realize that looks arent really that important, cause style is short and very unattractive. if you are fun, interesting and social, you can still get the girl, looks dont matter. also realized after a while, its not the lines and routines that work, its you and the confidence that you develop after success. the routines are just training wheels to keep you mind occupied.

It made me realize that as long as you put in the proper amount of work, and you push yourself to go out and take on uncomfortable situations, you will succeed. It may not be anytime soon, but as long as you keep pushing and break down your fears, you're set.
That and the idea of false time constraints(from The Game) has helped me immensely in seated cold approach environments(ie. restaraunts). There's even a picture diagram of how to do a correct bar approach.
I really enjoyed reading The Game. I finished it in a week.

Introduced me to lairs which are basically MLM circle jerk clubs filled with wannabe gurus trying to sell their sh1tty books, mp3s and time.

I also enjoyed the book a lot. I found out about it on accident, but was glad I did. It was actually a FUN read, and I laughed at a lot of things. Also, obviously there is some great stuff in it, and detailed step by step things they did in seduction, so one can learn from it as well.

It was also motivational, for me anyway. Too bad I had a girlfriend at the time of reading, so beware if planning to read and you have a gf! It might make you wish you were single again! LOL

I actually had a chance to meet him but found out he was in town at the last minute, and I had some important stuff going on at work that kept me busy. But one of my buddies is one of his writters for his website. We went sarging a few times together (me and his writer, NOT style lol). It was good times. We hit up the malls, so I might do a post here on the mall game, as I've seen someone talk about it the other day and I have a decade and a half experience at "mall game" lol.

This book has done nothing for me. Another book that you pick up read, gives you some false hope, maybe you may apply an idea or tip on someone you like, then when after that "phase", it just collects dust like everything else.

The book does not read like a manual anyway - you have to pick up little nuggets here and there. The E.S.P. test is the most intruiging since you could claim to read a girl's mind and actually guess a random number in her head (which would be '7').

I tried it out some stuff on it, E.S.P. some psyche tests on one girl I was really into and - it didn't result in anything fruitful.

I realised that most guys need to learn what they can from the community then just get out because its riddled with petty in fighting. Spend a year or two learning the skills that you need then just go and live your life and not try to drag this PUA persona around with you until you're 55.

Honestly, i was brought to this forum by the book (not directly) but i was handed the book from one of my friends, i was a (and still am) Over averege looking, but socially shy guy, with nooooo experience with girls. (5 feet 8" have always killed my selfconfidence).

- Anyway, the only thing this book did, it opened my eyes, and made me realise that girls aren't some 'Super-Human-Race', but that their only innocent girls.. ( i now know it is all about changing state of mind, and becoming happy with who you are, and girls DEFINATLY will follow )!

Besides that, it didn't give me ****, i think it is overrated - Good read though.

I found it interesting as I had never heard of any of this stuff before when I stumbled across this site, I read The Game and found that interesting too. It was really freaky though when I read one or two routines that I recognised straight away as being used on me before. "No. ****ing. Way." literally fell out my mouth when I first read it, being near enough word for word. I kind of felt half annoyed that I'd just been fed bull**** to butter me up and half smug that it hadn't worked for him, I didn't sleep with him.

I'm also surprised that not many guys seem to know about 'gaming' considering the recent publicity it's had with that tv programme and stuff.
