I also must say this is a BAD question. Why improve just a few bodyparts? That leads to definite imbalances and an awkward looking physique. I say you stop worrying about improving just a few bodyparts, and start worrying about improving your ENTIRE muscular system. It's incredibly rediculous to say "I'm only going to work on my abs and chest because girls think they're sexy."
If you had a twin, and you worked your chest/arms only, and he worked his entire body....
If he had a great back, legs, shoulders, arms, chest, abs, legs, legs, legs, butt and the likes...he would pull more ass than you. I'd put my money on it.
