What are your goals for this summer?

AS far as health and fitness goes, what do you plan for this summer?

x amount of pounds gained?
x percent of bodyfat reduced?

larger delts and lats ?

I would like to lose about 10-15 lbs fat or get down to about 15% bf. Im working hard and will go on a toning fat burning routine for a few weeks this summer.

I got my home gym put together, my diet pretty much in order, and my daily schedule worked out. My focus this summer will be to get it all off the ground.

db press more than 80 lbs (that used to be my peak/max)
Curl 50 lbs
be able to do more than 15 wide grip pull ups 3x
db shoulders press my weight
get that 6 pack, I got a ****ing beer belly now damn it.
Touch the rim on a 10'
and improve overall cardio.

First, gain about 15-20lbs of lean mass
Second, drop about .2 seconds off my 40 (It's about 4.6/4.5 right now)
Get my squat back into the respectable range since I haven't lifted for 3 months(It used to be 340x3, I was making about 10lbs increases each week, I weigh 150)
Finally, get my knees to stop aching, when I was lifting, they felt great, now, Not so much

Its going to be winter here soon, but my goals would be the same if it were hot.

- put on around 15 pounds over the next 4 months
- 2 months cutting back down to 7-9% bodyfat and refresh my MA skills.
- Get a Distinction average for University
- Get a natural tan (you can do that in Australia's winter haha)
- Form an export plan for my product with minimal cost, but no skimping on the quality.

I can't wait till summer! I really want to start lifting like I did last year but baseball season isn't over yet so I don't wanna hurt myself.

My goals

1. Gain another 10-20 pounds of muscle and hopefully reach my goal weight of 185 pounds. Right now I'm around 175.
2. Reduce body fat and get a more visible six pack.
3. Continue kegal exercises so I can hit the ceiling everytime.
4. Start running around 2km to stay in shape and increase stamina.
5. Get my hair dyed and even out the tan by going swimming.
6. Lasty work out my legs so I can dunk, working out ur legs really HELPS in running and to get bigger muscles.
