Hey guys i'm trying to cut. It's a slow process, I've been doing my normal 3 day a week Chest-tri, Back-bi, Legs-shoulders workout with 2 days of cardio and a 2000 calorie restricted diet. Its slow going but I am seeing steady positive hopefully lasting results. I am of course forced to use protein shakes and lots of egg whites to keep the protein level up. Anyways, I was wondering about ephedrine is it all its claimed to be? Does anyone have any first hand experience? Please tell.
