Don't the practices start around the end of this month? I wrestled for 4 years in high school and always started the season about 14 lbs heavy. After a few weeks of practice and only dieting during the week before a match I'd make weight.
You'll lose water weight, fat and some muscle during the practices, so you shouldn't have a problem making weight. Also, there are methods of making weight that aren't so glamorous such as eating 1 bagel for breakfast 1 bagel for lunch and nothing but popcorn for dinner, drinking only a 1 liter of water the day before and just a few sips the day of a match, etc. you get the idea.
I typically would binge after the Wednesday matches. I'd balloon up to 165 by Sunday night and cut water and food until I made weight for the next Wednesday match. I was ranked 4th in Arizona at the 152lbs. weight class in the 5A division (largest division in AZ). Immediately after I'd make weight, I'd drink an ULTRA Feul and a HYDRA Feul. Then, I'd drink a bunch of water. Man, by the time my weight class came around, my muscles would be puffed out to the max with all the carbs and water.
Now that there are pro-hormones out on the market, I'd try to get some of them if I were you. I think 1-test is like Boldenone (a steroid that doesn't cause you to retain water). I'd start taking it at the beginning of the season and not stop until the season was over. It'll make you stronger than ****, give you 100% more energy, allow you to recover faster and make you extremely aggressive - perfect for wrestling! If you do chose to take a pro-hormone, then continue it throughout the season - Don't stop taking it!! If you do, then you'll feel like **** and be weak as hell for the rest of the season. Another thing... stay away from creatine - bad **** for your kidneys if you try to lose water weight.
These are only suggestions.
Good Luck!
