Hey guys I know I ask some dumb and noob questions but I just cant stay away from Health&Fitness lol.
I have looked through the archive and cant find what I am looking for or haven't gotten to it yet so bare with me ok thanks guys.
1. I am trying to lose weight WHILE I start to gain muscle, I'm not trying to get super bulky but have lean muscle at least. I was wondering what I can do to lower my body fat, I take Fish Oil and Green Tea capsules , and have started to eat healthier and not eat anything after 7 (Except a yogurt IF I am hungry). Is there anything else I can do to lose weight faster or is a gradual progression? I HAVE lost close to 15 pounds already but would like to lose more, I as well do cardio on my days off of working out so its
Monday:Workout
Tues:Cardio
Wed:Workout
Thur:Cardio
Frida:Workout
Saturday:Cardio
Sun:Rest
2. I take protein b4 I workout and that's it, should I take protein more often like b4 and after I work out or am I doing the right thing and should I take it every day or just on workout days?
