As I spend more time in the Mature Man section of SS as I recover from a recent health scare, I’ve noticed the sense of community and oneness in our searches for meanings to our existence. As men we are under attack from all sides and our banding together has been a refreshing break from the Matrix that attempts to devour us on a daily basis. I’ve noticed some dissention in recent threads and hope that it will stop. We are all here for the same reason (hopefully) – to grow as men. We are all at different levels with different concerns and in a sense it is up to us to enlighten our gender to the traps that are laid before us. We are a Band of Brothers. Cheers!
From this day to the ending of the world,
But we in it shall be remembered-
We few, we happy few, we band of brothers;
For he to-day that sheds his blood with me
Shall be my brother; be he ne'er so vile,
This day shall gentle his condition;
