That's what I was worried about before I'd ever done it, but that's not the case, if you're 'pumping' without taking your **** fully out her ***** it's fine, I mean it's a pretty snug fit so water doesn't get pumped up past the ****, or at most maybe a much more minimal amount than you'd expect. Also if the girl gets really wet (from the inside out I mean) it kinda flushes out against it.

Shower is great, it shortens the foreplay since both of you are already all wet.

Water's different to your natural lube though, in a shower it wouldn't matter but I'd be inclined to say sex in water like a pool or bath is actually a hindrance if the woman is not naturally wet enough already.
