For you there will be a difference, because you still have a youngish face. I had your same "problem", girls used to tell me that sort of things since I was 14 or so. When my faces started to grow a bit (at 16-17), I still looked younger than my age, but I was perceived as a pretty good looking boy. At 19, my face hasn't changed any since then and younger girls still tell me I'm good looking, while girls my age automatically think I'm out of their league, because they think I'm 17.

Anyway, you look pretty good now, but it actually looks like your face will become more beautiful as you'll age, because you have good facial features (when I looked at your face, I immediately thought about Will Smith). I know you just have to wait, so what about picking up some weights? Testosterone flowing through your body might help and you also look a bit skinny, so build up while you wait for your face to get better and better:)

Edit: I looked at your pic again and you resemble a black version of me, man... I've always known I look like Will Smith:)

As you grow older you will get broader shoulders, more facial hair and more manly looks. I really recommend hitting the weights though. It will transform your face as your muscles grow. Your face has alot of muscles in it so training your other muscles will make your facial muscles grow and make it more mature.

I'm always told that I look like a 30 year old, even though I'm only 20. Is that good or bad? Probably bad. Although when I worked at Microsoft over the summer some of the guys thought I was working on my PhD when I was just a freshman, which I thought was funny.

Physically, you have more growing to do. How tall are you? You seem tall but you look very thin. Can you grow any facial hair? You're skin looks as smooth as a baby's bottom.

I was a late bloomer. At 17, I was 5'9'' and about 130 lbs and could barely grow a mustache. Now at 24, I'm 5'10'', 170 lbs. and can almost grow a full beard but still not quite there. If you are a late bloomer, things begin to change once you get out of your teenage years.

Time will tell, trust me when you compare pictures of yourself at age 17 and age 21 you will definatley see a difference. The best way to describe this woud be for you to look back at your progression through high school.

Freshman Year - All the seniors look so old. My goodness they have facial hair. Its like I'm going to school with adults.

Senior Year - I can't believe how easy it is to pick out who the freshmen are. They all look so young.

You get the picture.
