Was there a specific incident which made you decide you wanted to stop being an AFC?

So do you guys thinkI should do anything about this? My instinct is just to next her as I felt she was acting like an Attention wh*re. At the same time, I still find her pretty attractive, and it would be nice to know what I had missed out on all those years ago. Any thoughts?

Argh! NO! She is just trying to get you back into your Chump cage. She knows you had feelings for her and that will always give her a little confidence boost. She still sees you as the 'un-sexually threatening, shoulder to cry on , brotherly etc type guy. The only way to put an end to this is sorry state of affairs is to tell her directly that you want to sh@g her - in no uncertain terms. Make her know for sure and for ever more that you want her sexually. If she wont put out, then WALK AWAY. Do not reply to texts, emails, nothing. Only that way my friend wlil you know where you stand.
The hard thing I have learnt (and of course I am still learning!) is that no matter how potentially un-'pc' or embarrassing it miight be - you have to tell a girl as soon as possible you want her sexually.
