my manager who is a friend to a girl i work with came up and randomly asked me iff i liked this girl i do but was caught off gaurd adn said no.. bad move on my part??

not really, if shes into you shell work for your attention even more. Word of advice never go for chicks you work with, especially this one who is friends with your manager. If things dont go her way she can easily ruin your rep at work, get your fired, etc. Not worth it, IMO.
