My recollection of a couple student halls from major campuses - they weren't that big. I spent time at one cramming for exams early before the libraries were open only because it was right next door to my major's building. I sure they are pimped out relatively now, but I wouldn't think that they are good social spots...

Thing is bro is I'm SURE I've been noticed LONG before this. I KNOW the janitors and sh*t have seen me sarging up there, I know the staff there have seen me sarging in there. But guess what? UNTIL THAT ONE GIRL REPORTED ME, none of them said a word and if that girl hadn't reported me, none of them would have said a word.Popeyes said:

There is no PROOF, that I even touched the girls hand as she stated. There is no PROOF, that I was harassing girls other than eye witnesses. And anyone who knows anything about law, knows how unfaithful eye witnesses can be. Before the girl reported me, to the staff working there it's "oh, he's just talking to a girl, no big deal". After that, it's like I talk to any girl and it's like "OMG! HE'S HARASSING HER, EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE NO IDEA WHATSOVER WHAT HE'S SAYING TO HER". I mean god damn, the girl can be my freaking friend for all you know. This is what I mean by the fact that it's BS.
There is no proof whatsover to backup their accusations and they banned me from the hangout place, with little to no proof at all, other than eye witnesses.

1) Would you rather have been banned by the cops from the student center, or to have the boyfriends of the last 20 girls you creeped out kick your ass to within an inch of your life? I think you got off easy
2) No one warned you before, because everyone was too busy laughing at you behind your back for being "the creepy dorky mentally handicapped kid who doesn't leave people alone" - you don't know this though, because you have a mental disability, which does not let you UNDERSTAND how people feel or what people say.
3) You are not attractive the least bit - and the proof is in the reactions of the girls that you have talked to in the last 2 years. A good looking chump would stumble his way into a couple of dates over 2 years, and you didn't - I suggest you work on your damn looks already and stop living in a box!

i would go talk to the dean or someone higher up at your school. You did not harm anyone, physically or emotionally. They didn't even prepare a proper warning for you, you were just socializing. If they were getting complaints that people felt uncomfortable around you the proper authorities should have notified you first to stop what you were doing before banning you. You have every right to be there just like anyone else unless your break the rules which you haven't.
You paid tuition just like every other student at school so what gives them the right to ban you with out the proper procedures. You can even call it discrimination.
If they warned you to not sarge and you still did then i'd understand but banning you without letting you change what they consider wrong that's not right.
I play ball at the school gym sometimes and there was this one guy who was RIDICULOUSLY loud and obnoxious who almost got into many fights including with me. my school security approached him and gave him a warning but he couldn't control himself and got kicked out later.

And? I take it you know nothing about law. Eye witnesses is usually the worst "proof" or "evidence" you can give anyone. First off, for all we know the eye witness could have something against me personally and just say "I was harassing girls" to smite me or something. The eye witness might not have even said "harassing" they could of just changed it to that. MOST LIKELY the eye witnesses already had a bad opinion of me and thus, simply assumed that because I was talking to girls, I the guy who was supposedly making girls uncomfortable, that I was harassing them.Alle_Gory said:

Mike, the thing is you don't know how many eyewitnesses there are or how many complaints there have been against you. It could be this isolated incident or it could be every time you've been in there and finally they had enough. If staff have seen you in there in the past it could be well documented in a file somewhere.ElStud said:

Sexual crimes are a big concern for college campuses. They could easily throw you out if they wanted to, or even worse get local authorities involved. That's ME, I'm REAL, with girls, I say what's on my mind. And if they're listening, genuinely interested and aint telling me to go away IT IS NOT HARASSMENT.
Tell me, how is having a genuine conversation HARASSMENT. What I'm pretty damn sure of is NONE OF THE GIRLS I TALKED TO, REPORTED ANYTHING ABOUT HARASSMENT. One girl I talked to, just stayed there after I talked to her. Another girl I talked to, just kept sitting there after I talked to her. ANOTHER girl I talked to, WAS IN THE EXACT SAME PLACE WHEN THE OFFICER ESCORTED ME OUT. So it isn't the girl's who felt I was harassing them, it's the eye witnesses who have no idea what they're talking about.
In that last set, it wasn't the GIRL who felt uncomfortable, it was the OFFICERS who ASSUMED, I was making the girl uncomfortable, even though she wasn't rejecting kino and we had a genuinely nice conversation. Really though, all the proof they need to see to see that the ban is BS, is video footage.
I mean, what reason do I to harass girls? I mean, getting laid isn't even that big of a deal to me. Harassment is when a girl tells you to go away and you keep talking. NONE OF THESE GIRLS TOLD ME TO GO AWAY NOR WHERE ANY OF THEM UNCOMFORTABLE WITH ME TALKING TO THEM. When a girl tells me to go AWAY, I GO. I AM NOT THE GUY WHO STAYS IN SETS AFTER THAT. This just goes to show that it's bigger BS and that I'm banned for something I didn't do.
