Umm, cardio?

Edit: Sorry, I thought you were asking how to decrease waist size. My mistake.

Ahh trust me, you want as slim a waist as you can get. Just buy pants with smaller waists.

I agree, increasing your waist size without increasing your entire body proportionately is just plain unhealthy. Put more effort on taking advantage of a small waist by working on increasing arm, shoulder, back and chest size to capitalize on it. Don't forget to balance out with leg exercises so as not to have the "toothpick legs" look.

28 is a good size to be, as it's on the small end of common men's pants. You could go for the Dior model look, which probably isn't very popular on this board.

Your chest size should be EXACTLY 56. For your height and weight, if you go over, even to 56.1 that is ToO MuCH!!! And if you go under you are tO0 SkINnY!! It has to be EXACtLY 56!!!!

Look around. Use your eyes. You know what you want to look like. Who cares about the average?

And bulking is different for everyone. The whole peoint is to put on muscle... and fat and cut the fat later. What you look like when bulking will not be the same when you cut it off.

You sound like you're Dior proportions now. Buy a straw hat and a Slimane suit and you can be Pete Doherty!

This is the Dior look: http://dio.no-blog.jp/un/images/b008_thumb.jpg

This is a very fashionable look in Europe and Japan right now. If it's not for you, eat more. But you're not alone in the skinny waist department: Clark Gable had a 30" waist and a 44" chest. You could bulk and look like him. As for how, you should listen to the guys here - all I know is fashion.

I was a 28 size when I was 21 years old. Now, I'm a 33 size. But, I'm also bigger than before (shoulders, chest, and back).

When I was 28 size, I was 145-150 lbs. Now, I'm 175 lbs (5feet 11 inches).

I don't know how old are you, so I'm afraid of giving you advice on this issue. But one thing is for sure...now that I'm in my upper 30s (age wise) it is a lot harder to keep in shape.

No offense...but I personally don't want to look effeminate ("Dior look"?) and certainly NOT like a Japanese man either.

And it is obvious that he doesn't either.

But having a 28 inch waist is not a bad thing.
