Ok well it's been a little while since I updated.
Last thurs: Ran, did a new route, it's a little shorter but more managable, the downhill isn't as steap, uphills the same though. Did ok, knew I could do better.
Missed fri, monday played golf
Tues: Did route again, actually ran the entire thing, I was really proud of myself, since usually I get wicked tired and give up at some point, this time I just bucked it up, realized I still had energy and just kept going. It felt great except I was dead afterwards. I got that tingly feeling in my fingers which is always annoying.
After this I ate some dinner, then I went to the gym. I lifted pretty light because it's been a while since I've been to the gym. I'm still kinda sore but I'm planning on going again tonight
