OKAY.........U all seen it by now.............lets take a look at Mystery and how he did in the club. (* taking into account the Hawthorne effect---people act differently when being observed)

He stubled a bit when the chic offered to put her leg up on his shoulder........and if you recalled they all used the heck out of the BUY ME A DRINK FIRST line. Depicting prizabilty and over-simplifying by qualifying the ladies.

Then when another chic asked Mystery to remove his hat for her, mystery reverted to an active dissinterest default line (whoa slow down sister, buy me a drink first)............then proceeded to remove his head gear and fling his hair.........

J-dog(that aussie accent guy) really overdid the buy me a drink first, I charge for having my picture taken.

A NEW LATE NIGHT SHOW WITH FEMALE HOST poked fun of Mystery for looking like a goth drag queen, saying stuff like wearing eye liner, black nail polish....no Mystery there.

I also witnessed the push/pull tactic........Mattadore and Mystery using the old mixed signal line.........I hate you come here.........

Now I do realise this was the first show............and the lessons begin as do the eliminations.

Somehow I was expecting more from Mystery and his crew...........well I will wait n see how future episodes go.

THings I wanted to see...........number closes, kiss closes, day game approaches and some freeze camera and comment, then continue.

to be honest, I got the mystery method ebook off of limewire a year ago and it doesn't have alot of stuff as far as techniques that differs from what's here. It just goes in depth on what to do in groups (mystery is big on group approaches). He does give some opening techniques but mostly what you get is a plan of what to do and when to know when to do. He stresses not attempting to build comfort before you KNOW the girl is interested or you'll come off boring. Also don't try to seduce before comfort is built or you'll seem creepy. It can be quite confusing at first with all the A1 and M1 "stages" and transitions he describes, but it really does lay out things overall really well. Just don't give him too much credit as far as techniques are concerned.

And the late night b*tch probably has no idea what Mystery Method or Peacocking is, therefore it's rather ignorant for her to say that.

Anybody else not conerned that this is Mystery's show, and he has some creative power of how he looks in his show??

A) we don't get to see the whole thing: this show is edited and alot of the good stuff is dropped on the floor. We never get to see Mystery or his buddies fail, laughed at or rejected. Its either because they don't want to show it or its because Mystery picks targets who HE KNOWS will be easier to manipulate. To think that Mystery just goes in there and picks any woman he fancies and succeeds is absurd.

B) If Mystery does indeed have creative powers, how do we know this kind of show is not fixed??? its not like they picked a random nightclub and random people. This nightclub was equipped before hand with "hidden cameras" prior to the visit. How do we know that the women in the club are not payed before hand so it will look like a pickup but actually it is not.

I don't quite understand all the negativity.

From what I saw of the show, Mystery and his two friends basically acted exactly like what people on this board and in the dating ebooks say to do, and they did it with flying colors and confidence.

As for his look, think of it like a rock star or something. It seems a little wierd, yeah, but there he really stands out.

After watching the first and second episodes back to back online I am left wanting more. So much of the show is dedicated to the standard reality tv angle that it takes a keen and motivated eye to take anything out of it.

A lot of Mystery's methods are well... unique. His whole idea of peacocking is certainly logical. I have seen the effects of an interesting hat or other article before and it does work. Mystery is almost a caricature of this. Because he has a calm and confident manor about him he is able to pass off a ridiculous look as something new and refreshing. It seems a little excessive to me, but hey his method seems to work great for him.

I've seen some fearful posts worrying about how women will accept this show, and how "noobs" will dilute the playing field. This all just seemed sad to me. If a show can help a few desperate guys step up to the plate then more power to it. As for women, they read articles like this in their magazines about this all the time. This isn't new and revolutionary. I figure any girl who sees this show is going to forget about it the minute she steps out the door into the field.

Is it great seduction material to study? My answer is no, but I love watching videos on the subject and think that it might help a few needy guys find their way into the community they need

Who's seen the second episode?

What I have noticed about the community is that people are INCONGRUENT.

Especially the way they dress vs the way they act.

There are a few perfect examples of what a perfect avatar is and what is the complete opposite in the second episode.

The fat guy did it PERFECT. His image just screams out social value.

A perfect example of what NOT to do is the 45 year old virgin who tries too hard with the peacocking.

Also, I have never felt so ashamed of another male when Spoon decided to leave because he couldn't take it.
