very confused pick up, what is she on about?

i picked up this hot 37 year old business woman in a supermarket saturday evening. the pick up went really well, i went for the number she gave it to me but when i tried to call the phone it didn't ring (she had no reception) she tried to give me her other phones number but that had no reception signal either so i said i'd text her it.

i sent: HB, this is my number it's the most important no. you'll ever save. pete
an hour later she texts me: then you didn't recognise me...haha! HB. x

i was thinking wtf? what is she talking about? the only thing i can think of is that when i went upstairs to use the bathroom when i came out i walked past the canteen/food restaurant food court area and was not wearing my glasses so i may have looked at her if she was eating there and not recognised her and didn't say hi. I have no clue what she's talking about. i just ignored the text.

i texted her 2 days ago (Tues) to meet up: hey HB, lets get together at this dessert place in x place. they do the best desserts in town. im busy the next couple days but how's sat or sun at 4? pete

no response. is it worth me clarifying with her what she meant by not recognising her?

Pretend like you don't know what she's talking about. Her not responding to you could be myriad of things. I'd try texting one more time later today or tomorrow. If no response again, then NEXT.

so i might have made a mistake on friday i text her:

p.s. i dont understand your text abotu not recognising u...? im near sighted and was wearing prescription shades when we met. i cant see without them so that could be it. pete

it took about 3 hours to deliver.

she responds yesterday afternoon: hi that was a joke as you said that your number was important. have been in spain again but i like that place. we can meet next weekend.

this is positive i guess, i dont know if she means this coming weekend or the following week (she's foreign so i dont know if 'next weekend' she means the next coming weekend) and i dont want to clarify something else again.

i haven't responded yet, if she didn't reply to my initial date text and waited 3 days to reply to my 2nd the worst thing i can do is reply the next day. makes me look like i got no options.

should i just offer 1 day this weekend only?

She meant next weekend. No communication before next Thirsday. You call her and chit chat. For date you pick her up at dusk, go have a little bit of fun, then bring her to some secluded place. You could drive to see a view someplace, bring wine and screw driver to open it. Kiss close and f'ck her.

i text her 2 days after that with:

'ah ok haha. when you said next weekend i assume you meant this coming weekend right? ok i can't do sunday but how's Sat at 4.30? x'

she didn't reply, it's been a week now, i assume she must have meant this weekend coming.

should i just try one more time next week? i.e. let this weekend pass.

i suspect she lost interest with my confusion.
