sprinkle black pepper onto your veggies, maybe a dab of salt but I do not use salt on mine.

Just make a stir fry.

Add some beef/chicken (or your favourite meat), been sprouts, beans, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, etc.

Anything that would taste good in a stir fry. Just search for a nice recipe and a recipe for teriyaki sauce! yum! :D

i cant stand vegetables either, but ive started eatin broccoli recently...i east it with cheese, make sure im eatin it with something to mask the taste a little, it tastes horrible to me, i need to start adding different veg into my diet now ive got broccoli down

I like to mix my veggies in with the meal as I also prefer to not eat them alone. I am in love with a spinach chicken salad lately been eating it every day. 10oz chicken breast with as much spinach and lettuce as I want, some cucumber slices fresh tomatos add favorite dressing of your choice and bam delicious.

Veggies that I do like alone are asparagus, artichoke, carrots, and green beans. Celery sticks with peanut butter are also good.
