Looks like for most of us in the northeast, we'll have to stay in for V-day.

Some places r suppsoed to get like 18 inches, but in nyc we're supposed to get a few inches, then ice and rain, and back to snow tom night. I made reservations, but I shouldnt risk my life and risk hers to go out tom night right? Is 3-6 inches valentines cancelling material?

I made the reservations by my house cuz her school is near me, but her class will prob be cancelled so she wont even be in my area. She lives 35 mins away from me so i dont wanna drive to her and die/lose my shoveled parking spot lol. Should i just reschedule for the weekend? This stupid holiday, its annoying.

Snow, ice, ect. is no reason to cancel plans unless power is out and you are in a 5 foot blizzard.

Last year here in Maryland, me and my girl had plans for the 12th, since she had class and I had work the 14th. The night before and day of, it snowed 3 feet here. What you gonna do?

Grab a shovel and some salt and get your driveway done.

You have reservations. Are you a good driver? You able to handle your car? If so, go for it...I mean, if no one else leaves their house, you have the place to yourself. Imagine how romantic that'll be.

I dunno now theyre talkin bout an ice storm, thats dangerous as hell. Our plans were for her to drive to my house after her class and go to the restaurant by me that i made reservations for. I assume her class is gonan be cancelled, so i dont want her to die coming to me from 35 mins away, and i dont think anybody should be out driving on icy roads. A little snow is one thing, ice is crazy. I aint driving out to long island in that weather.
