Last night my neighbor came by. He's a really average guy. Not very good looking but does well. He's divorced. I like him, but like I said, he's really no "catch" for anything other than his money.

Anyway, comes over with his HB. She's way hot but a little strange in my book. No question she could do better. Gold digger? Maybe.

She's pretty much moved in with him come to find out.

Talked to the wife this am and she said HB told her that my average friend told HB that "the house is yours now as much as it is mine." WTF! This guy owns it outright and they are really high end places! Why?

Just for some pvssy? Middle aged AFC behavior?

After they left, I just shook my fvckin' head and hit the rack.

it's like my wife's hot friend who just got a divroce. married for 10 years or o to this guy, guy makes about 180-200k a year, works his ASS off, woman doesn't so much as lift a finger. I made a post here berfore about how we ent over there for dinner one day and she sat there, waited for him to get home, and then he had to cook dinner. called her his "princess". **** made me want to throw up in my nouth. my wife better be laying in bed with ebola if i ever come home after working 12 hours and dinner is not on the stove or being cooked and she doesn't work.

anyway, she files for a divorce. i am quite sure she has been stashing money away, she has her own apartment, and is still living the exact same lifestyle now. she has a new BF.


anyway, but the thing is, the dude, already has another broad living with him. he's already talking about marriage. she's been there 3 months.

I am sympathetic towards guys who are young and just are brought up wrong. i was lke that.

but a guy who was married for 10 years, has seen the **** first hand, gets burned and goes right back and does the same ****.. the man just doesn't want the pill and i'm not going to waste any time worrying about it.

May not be total AFC. Could be he's trying to balance his alpha/beta behavior. Letting her think the house is her's to do with as she pleases is a bit much, but I could see letting her have free reign over the kitchen or bathroom. So I could see he was doing what Athol Kay advises about trying to find balance, but if that was his play then he just totally mucked it up IMO.

I don't know Nutz. I was just bewildered last night. I do however think he actually is AFC. Maybe just lonely. Who knows.

One thing I forgot to mention was that she's probably 10-15 yrs younger than him. Under the circumstances, I would consider this alone to be a red flag. My best guess is that she's hit her expiration date and ready to settle simply for a guy who has money. Just sad.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I think it would be pretty easy to figure out if a woman wanted me just for my money.

The ONLY way you'd know if she's after your money is if you mentioned it or she knows about it. IF you keep quiet about what you do for a bit...until you've talked to her for a bit. IF she was blowing you off and then turned interested....
