Was reading this story today.

Young hot Eastern European girl, 23, from Ukraine had met this guy over the internet, over here. She travelled all the way up to see him and within 3 weeks, she moved in with him. She had all her expectations of her dream job (working in a Casino) to fulfill the American Dream, but chose to give it up to be with him.

How many western women can you say would do that.

She's left her family, friends and loved ones, and is killing herself to be with this guy. The doode is or was a hacker, in his 40's, for a profession. I'm not saying these foreign women are 100% insurance for a traditional family, as they are liberal too, but to me, that is loyalty.

Maybe using the word loyalty was overboard, But, still, how many western women would do that. American Women are Queen's of goldigging. I would think that a foreign girl with nothing to lose, would have a more genuine reason to be with you, not just for you money. You really can't go back. Being in the community is like being Neo in The Matrix. Once you swallow the red pill, you can't go back to life as you used to know. You can try, but everything you learned will be sitting in the back of your mind, nagging at you.

I'm unstable like this. Everyday that goes by, I'm getting more and more p!ssed. Theres a ton of sh!t in my eye, and I can't wipe it out. Where does the 80% come from? As for the 40% success rate you quote it's actually closer to 60% according to http://www.divorcereform.org/rates.html

By the way, in the Wikipedia article it says that wives file for divorce in approximately 2/3 of the cases - maybe foreign women just have more realistic expectations of marriage. It doesn't necessarily mean they make better wives.

It's the INS figure, they track this statistic very closely. Any way you spin it, 20% divorce rate vs 40% or 50% is .... better. Right? (American, UK boy, the stat isn't for the UK)

It's a little better but without an explanation as to why, it's not significant. You get a similar improvement if you look at the divorce rate between college graduates (around 20% in the US). So I'd hold off on mail ordered Russian brides if I were you .

There you go. Follow that story to the BBC. Latvia is messed up in many ways. Great place though if you already have some money. Crazy place as well. LOTS of big money in the hands of guys that scare many girls. You see amazing cars with odd plates. The places I go to are like out of a weird movie.
