Understanding Eye Contact

How the hell does one use eye contact as an IOI?

I catch women staring at me, but when I look back at them, they just keep staring. When they do break eye contact, its never the down away type, its always straight to the side. But its normally quite lengthy, 2-3 seconds more often then not. Like they are trying to intimidate me.

Sometimes when I spot a bird at a distance, she catches me looking. Again, they stare at me like a deer in headlights, but then straight to the side, or sometimes down. Again, hard stare.

Now my macking skills are not bad. Got no problems aproaching women. Just hoping to better understand interest level without them flashing a smile or that quick look away like when you just caught them eyeing you out and they know it.

What are your thoughts

Have you ever heard of the *fvck me* look. This is that look. Married women with boyfriends often do it to guys they are very much attracted to. It's the longer deep intense stare that generates arousal.

In Sociology, it is referred to as the copulatory gaze. The gaze that takes place before two animals have sex.

are you saying that you will be in some place, and a girl you don't know and never talked to or approached will gives you these looks, or girls you know?

I never understood eye contact either. Perhaps i'm too conservative, but i always catch myself feeling self conscious about a female thinking i'm a serial killer, for giving her sexual eye contact!

LOL, im familiar with that look... But eye contact is too broad... I get a Sh!t load of eye contact on the train but i dont think much of it.. i just see it as a "i think your attractive" look.

Hmmm yes I am just trying to work out eyecontact as well. I'm just a beginner to the whole DJ style but I like what I see here. I always use to look away but now I know to hold for a bit and smile.

I tried this yesterday as I walked past a chick that was in my area. She looked back but I didn't really get a smile I just got a look back she looked kind of shocked and shy.

I usually walk around with Gunwitch method Eye contact, just undressing them with my eyes, if i find that they are holding Eye contact for more than 5 seconds then I take it as a AI. Also if I catch them trying to look from the corner of there eyes funny thing is they act like you can't see them looking. I don't really worry much about eye contact, when the interaction is interesting I keep eye contact and if I want to do a slight IOD I kinda break eye contact for awhile. Sometimes I don't even crack a smile it just kinda says it non verbally that I'm a safe guy, not exactly sure.

try this guys..when talking to a girl next time- look down, then slowly blink as you look back up at her-now slightly squint your eyes, look at her lips ,scan her face,look up at her then look down,then slowly blink as you look back up at her as you are talking to her.Some may say that this signal submissiveness,
but in actuality is signals a strong attraction.
