If I were him, and got offered corrective surgery, I would've gotten it so fast! But this is a case of someone born with a disorder. Still, I'd go look to get that kind of sh*t fixed. Dude got really lucky here.
He was on BBC news either last year or earlier this year and tbh I don't think he looks that bad, the only noticeable thing is his eyes and clearly it hasn't affected his zest for life or his good personality.
Good on him and I wish him all the best for the future. It's great to see an underdog doing well.
