Style ie: Neil Strauss (author of The Game). ....
In his book (in the Project Hollywood part) it is made known that all Styles posts in seduction newsgroups (forums?) were compiled into a big text file (as well as Mystery's). I'm wondering if anyone has come across this document... (finding the posts individually would be impossible). It would be cool to read all his posts in chronological order especially since he starts out as a total loser and then evolves into a master pua....

thx!

did you check the other seduction websites for their compiled posts? I remember at that other moderated seduction forum, damn it's been forever since I been there... There was an on-site link to about 60 zip files with compiled posts of tons of authors. I think durden was one of them too... I threw them away, those things were crap and boring, I couldn't respond, and I couldn't sense any feelings from them, their messages made them sound like robots.

If you're trying to download all the posts of a particular PUA, you might want to check the ASF gzip archives, which contains compressed archive files of the most commonly searched individuals.

At the moment it is down at the moment, it is on the page you were directed to though. You can check, I'm just not sure which name he used to go by, I never read the book, so I never searched.

I did download the "unpublished" chapter though from limewire, it was obviously a gimmick to promote the book, but I read the same thing you did in that D/L.

All of styles archived posts where removed from the ASF archive at his request. If you want them you'll have to get them from someone who downloaded them before they got wiped (not me)

hmm - that's funny, if I search for "Style" on that site I get "no matches found"... how'd you do it?

oh, I could have sworn I replied again to this thread yesterday, asking if his posts had been deleted - am I going crazy or did a mod delete the reply?

Thanks a Million!!!

It is against the rules to request copyrighted materials on this site. Thanks for mentioning that though, it helps. That is 647 posts, how many did he really make?

I just noticed that... I mean JUST noticed that before I read your post! That was freaky.

I'm guessing that Diablo checked the thread, he was just doing a good job, somebody else gave an answer to your statement. Now you have ask a good question, be happy he taught you something:) "If you like what I said, say HELL YEAH!":p

Does anybody know if I am allowed to post research I have done about Styles posts on this website?

I read the terms and agreements of this website, but agreed to nothing of theirs. I searched their database through a link provided here.

"The structure, presentation, resource tools, databases , graphics, and general content found on this site is Copyright © 1999-2003 by Learn The Skills Corp. All Rights Reserved" EVEN WRITING THAT MIGHT BE CONSIDERED COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT!!

I read their terms and agreements page, and I found nothing stating I am not allowed to post research done concerning the website, on another website.

My research does contain information regarding possible altercations with any persons involved. All information was accessed through usenet and PUBLIC databases, and how to use their ASFA more effectively, in my own words.

can a moderator give me the go ahead. I am conforming to all information I have been following before. Now I am scared of legal action if I do post the information.

I've sent over a request to post the information to the site moderator "formhandle" at the other site. Hopefully I will be allowed to post the information. I am afraid of them suing me for something so small. I wish I could post it as my personal thoughts, but I know better now because I am curious, and am now kicking myself:p

I keep thinking there is a conspiracy now, with 'style' looking and sounding so odd on that female talk show. I think he is just a regular human, and I would have taken his route as well had I been in his shoes, of course I would have, I would have been style if I was in his shoes!! I am so confused, I need some sleep.

I've had a look at the material on here. It looks like all the quality posts, the field reports, etc... have been taken out and all the small chit chat crap left behind.

It would be really useful to get hold of Style's posts.

In one of the posts, he mentions that he has compiled a bid document of all his posts and Mystery's posts. He also mentions that he has just finished it!

DOES ANYONE HAVE A COPY???

Well my note about my research is this;

If it says style in the name AT ALL, it is most likely style. nashtstyle, thugstyle, goodstyle, badstyle, angelstyle069, stylin04, tigerstyle... basically anything that has the name "styl" in it. rickdeeanstyle, is guess who? YES Rick D and style.

There are 1516 posts on the website, click on the all button instead of just the general alt.seduction forum, search in all areas. There are field reports, and a notion as to how style thinks.

I could only find two noticable posts by other users of all those that I did not believe were made by style. The rest seemed to have the same dication style, and the same inquisitive details as though the member was a seasoned vet of the game, asking childish questions. He insults himself a lot as well, a way of getting people to respond differently.

So check it out, refine your search...

Follow Derek's lead, follow the link he gave you, see if you can answer the question before he gets back. This top note is to Seran, he deserves this props, he asked a great question. ---I search for "Style" on that site I get "no matches found"... how'd you do it?---

Here is your answer, he clicked for a search in alt.seduction.fast.general, typed styl into the author line. He disturbed nothing else,
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
Prior to research, these were the displayed results: Displaying 1 to 647 of 647 matches found. "http://www.fastseduction.com/cgi-bin/search.cgi?action=prevnext&max=100&offset=600&searcht=search&group_alt.seduction.fast.general=1&subject=&author=styl&datefrom=&dateto=&body=&sort=date&order=desc&perpage=100&result=tabular" is the initial body of the address. Only information needed to find all displayed posts is "http://www.fastseduction.com/cgi-bin/search.cgi?action=prevnext&max=647&group_alt.seduction.fast.general=1&author=styl&result=tabular"
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

Here's what I got from deleting random things from the address line he gave to us.

"&result=tabular" when taken away gives only a list of which months his posts were found in for the authorSo I am including this as a necessary line.

"&perpage=100" OMIT

"&order=desc" OMIT

"&sort=date" OMIT

"&body=" OMIT

"&dateto=" OMIT

"&datefrom=" OMIT

"&author=styl" revealed this note "Your query was too broad, generic, or vague or the system is busy. Please be more specific. If that doesn't help, try later." So I am including this as a necessary line. So I am including this as a necessary line.

"&subject=" OMIT

"&search=search" OMIT

"&offset=1" OMIT

"action=prevnext&" revealed No matching posts found. So I am including this as a necessary line.

"&max=647" same note as directly above

-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
Notes on above found information;

---When nothing is included after (=) sign, means no restraint was selected. Can be omitted as nothing important. "did nothing after above"---

---I don't know what "tabular" means in the "&result=tabular" line--

--wanted to sort by name, included "&sort=author" in address for cgi query--

--wanted all posts by styl, so selected search all archives, given "

Information I find questionable;

---Styles oldest found post---

---Odd, only a few posts were made by "Style" after July 2004. I found "Style" posted 7 times from July to Aug 2005, and again 12 in October 2005. The posts by "style" were replaced with "nashstyle" after Nov 12, nashstyle was present from Nov 2.---

---Seems like "Style" is one of those guys that makes it obvious he is putting on a new persona, every one of the style names on the list speak with the same decisive request for advice, or delivery of advice, with no trace of AFC within them---

---"Threading is a bit kludgy and takes a bit longer for results to come back - this will get improved in the near future" no idea what kludgy means, nor their concept of threading---

---cory threlfall appears in 2002 as a marketing agent, email address styles982000@shaw.ca--

--HHH-DX-STYLE@webtv.n appears as a dunce asking for help about patterns of leaving her in the mood while he is away. He gives jason as name, posted 1999. Triple H and degeneration x WERE popular back than:)--

--anything larger than 64kb has been "truncated"--

--DO NOT CRAWL/SPIDER THIS SEARCH TOOL, I have no idea what that warning means--

--metrostyle, manystyles

--"By using ASFA, you are stating your agreement to the Terms & Conditions of Use for this site." "

--can a child under 18 have his parents held liable for not teaching him to read a terms and conditions form?--

--this might be interesting--
http://www.fastseduction.com/cgi-bi...all=1&author=styl&sort=author&result=threaded
-------------------------------------------------------------------

-------------------------------------------------------------------
http://www.fastseduction.com/cgi-bi..._all=1&author=styl&sort=author&result=tabular
---------------
That is the address you want for all the publicly searchable posts. There are 1615 of them, some names are not his. Most are.
-----------------------------------
If you read this formhandle, request for this information to be removed from the system. Give me a heads up though, I want to know what to omit for future reference purposes.

The city that sleeps. Sometimes.
i am pretty sure style made a deal with formhandle to remove all the posts that had any kind of personal info and so on.

there is no way that style wouldnt be in the zip archive. He also had way more than those 600 posts. THe ones that are left are all fluff.
