Why do my muscles randomly twitch all the time?

It usually happens on my right biceps, left side of my nose and under my left eye, right tricep, but mainly on my right quad.

I know its a weird question but its starting to piss me off and i'd like to know why is happens, been going on for years

Huh I also have this problem....and this was before I started taking weight training seriously and was in the gym ever other day...so I dont think that is the answer. I usually get it in my left calf, right eye and my left bicep....its pretty weird but freaks me out when it continues for over 3 minutes.

As your a young fella, chances are the muscle twitching may just be one of those 'growing up' things that goes away on its own.

I get 'em, nearly fifteen years now, I've been diagnosed (if thats the correct word, its more of a diagnosis by elimination thing) with BFS, Benign Fasciculation Syndrome. Its a royal pain in the arse sometimes, especially when I'm tired. If you got that, better get used to it, it comes & goes but there's no cure for it as such.

Not sure if this is the same thing but on a number of occasions I have awaken myself out of sleep from my stretched out arm while asleep where I am comfortably sleeping with my arm hanging off the bed on my side hauling back voluntaryly knocking me in the face...

I have on numberous occasions have had my calf muscle just twitch and twitch to the point I had to get up and walk around maybe restless leg or something and I have experienced as well my entire body jump during sleep it's like my body has been taken over my something else it's truly wierd to experience.
