Turning the tables...

Alright, so, when I went home last week, I decided to look an ex up and see what she was doing. We ended up going to the movies, but she brought a friend along (not totally unexpected, but unfortunate).

What would you guys say to doing the same thing, when/if we do something together? Inviting one of my friends along? As a fan of irony, I think it'd be good for a chuckle, at the very least. But what might be the consequences?

uh, she's your ex and she brought along a friend as a block against you. you should have nothing to do with your ex as she has clearly (with her friend) has made it with you.

Ok, I'm so ****ing sick of that. If it were that easy, I wouldn't be still interested in her. Hitting on 10 women, thats easy. But each one, I think "gee, wouldn't it be great if it were her." I've slept with other girls and thought the same thing.

I've got the worst ****ing case of oneitis, and I'm not nearly as ashamed as I thought I'd be.

On the plus side, it makes it a hell of a lot easier for me to hit on other girls, since I don't really care about the consequences nearly as much, since I have no real deep interest in them at all.

Girls bring friends with when they are not 100% sure about you. You have not built up enough rapport for her to go alone, its the same when they need the bathroom they will only take certain girl friends in their wiff them, some girls they wont because of the rapport that exists. Their is nothing wrong with you and her bringing friends along, just make the time with her count.

Thats the opinion that other people (and I) had, but I wanted to hear it from someone here.

Both... Nothing BAD could happen becuase you're just friends now right? Or at least that's the way she's trying to take it. And if she shows up alone and you have friends, what do you really have to lose? She's an ex meaning you've tried it before and it didn't work out. Will you really miss seconds that much?

Bring some friends who cares there are tons of girls in the world. If you want to play silly social games with her go ahead! I mean they're fun... just to see what happens... well I get a kick out of it anyway.
