I've been eating lots of tuna/salmon recently. It's an affordable supplement to your main supplements. :)

No, it's not bullshiat you dumbass. There were people out there that said FORD cars are better than Japanese when people say FORDS are rolling death traps, it's people like you that spread disinformation when the truth is right there on paper from scientific and photographic evidence.

From your post I think you're suffering from the beginning effects of mercury poisoning, which is the dulling of your brain cells. You're also from the UK, land of the diseased cattle which also probably is rotting away your brain. Don't knock USA, cause USA owns you, and is the motherland of SoSuave.

1 Can of Tuna is the maximum safety limit you want to get.

no need to play smart4ss over the internet, man, so chill out

for the guy who said that his cans of tuna have around 23 g of tuna: man, you probably didn't read accurately, since the really small cans contain 53 g when the oil is drained out... with the oil in, they are around 104 g, if i don't mistake myself... 23 g of tuna wouldn't even fill a sandwich:)
anyway, i usually eat cheap 160g cans:D

Word of advice: buy tuna in water, not oil. Water is going to be healthier for you, especially considering the amounts of tuna people getting getting or staying in shape are going to eat. In the future, stay away from tuna in oil unless there is absolutely no alternative.

Hahaha. Where do all of these smartasses come from? :D

I take protein on the side. The tuna/salmon is just a bonus. I also am known to eat food on a regular basis. :p
