I once went on a date and I clocked after 25 it was a trans and left. Embarrassing.

I just booked a date with a hot woman but she had BIG hair and slightly strong nose. Still fit. Only one pic though which worried me,

So, I basically text her that I was sure she was all woman but "my last date" was with a woman with one pic and I couldn't tell she was trans....so I said she looked 100% woman but made it clear I hated the experience and was being paranoid.

She is still meeting me. I cannot believe I got away with asking a woman if she was trans and she still is coming to date!!

I am guessing that these days it's so common people aren't as offended. Anyone had this issue or have a way with dealing with it more skillfully than me?

Lol. Surprised you still have the date after asking if she was trans. I wonder if questions about hobbies as a kid can clue you in. For example if you find out a girl did ballet as a kid it decreases the chance that they are trans.

I might just put on profile "no Trans please,if you're born with bollocks, thanks, but no thanks"

Think that is the answer.

This chick, by the way, was hot as hell and we tounged at the end of the night plus a bit of ass grabbing!

I told her the story she didn't seem to care and just told me I looked better in real life. I really hope I don't get a text telling me she's a man now!

She shyt tested the hell out of me all night. It's so hard to keep this in mind and see what's going on rather than cave in. She said I smoked too much and made faces. I started to almost justify, recognised it, and asked her if she was this boring and lacking in fun usually. Weird that in wanting her affection you have to beat her ass down in a playful way....and if you switch off for a second you fail.

Just had another one where another plate changed plans. She kind of succeeded on the phone and I text her basically going back to my previous offer and kind of called her out. She now is very high IOI again. I thought if you fail, you fail, but if you see what happened and call her out....still won the day!!

This is the first time I have faced shyt tests whilst being aware of them. I would have failed both before, thank you forum!

Never try to read a woman's mind. It is a scary place. Ignore her confusing signals and mixed messages. Assume she is interested in you and act accordingly.

I think a woman can understand how it is for a man to accidentally date a trans and how it would lead him to be sure he doesn't do it again. I wouldn't be offended if a woman asked me if I was trans after such a story.

Many trans people are very very convincing in their looks. My uncle is trans (female to male), so he's in the LGBT community. I've met a few of his friends and one of them I was sure to be a gay man, until he told me he was a trans. That was really a WTF moment. Asked if he got some old pictures, he showed me pics from 5 years back when he was a she. I was not sure I was looking at the same person, she was HB8 before he became a man. He really looked like a man with clear masculine features, a lot more like a man than my uncle.

I think you handled it decently by also telling what happened, it explains why you're asking. Otherwise they might assume it's because you think she looks like a man.

Weird thing is, in real life this chick was overtly feminine - huge bug eyes. high cheekbones, huge eyelashes. Stunning.

Her online pic seems to capture the 1% masculine facial features - strong nose and she looked a bit sqiuare jawed but in real life you would NEVER even think she could be trans in a million years

The trans one I met had a very fem face but I just got the inkling.

I never trust online pictures unless I can see 10 different pictures from different angles and lighting. Those two things can really change how people appear in photos, it can make people seem uglier or it can conceal ugly features. Since most people are amateurs at taking photos they can often seem better or worse looking in reality.

I'm very skeptical if there's few pictures, if all pictures show the same in similar angles and lighting conditions or if it's only close ups of the face.

My first ever OLD date was with a woman who looked pretty but a bit weighty. She had obviously photoshopped as I checked her facebook the day before and she was a big ugly whale. Nothing to work with whatsoever.

Also, one plate I just dropped (way too keen, inviting me on holiday after one date) sent me loads of pics and when I met her, she clearly was not as slim waisted as her pics. They seem to have apps which make them slim. I've actually found the more basic profiles to be better girls. The ones where there is tons of effort...it's done for a reason.

My top plate is miles, miles better than her profile. Much cuter. I think if they've always been hot., they just assume they look good and don't care.

Just remember, when you think you had it bad after finding out your date is trans, just think how bad it would be to live with one for a year. I should know...

Don't worry it wasn't by choice. The landlord thought at the time that it was a he, but I found out two weeks later that it was a she over an innocent dinner, in the apartment, with just the dining room light on. O.O
