Any man can get a woman who is looking for what they have as long as they put in the effort. If you want to keep her you have to be willing to share what you have. I'm not good at sharing. So no, I'm not going to give a chick thousands to pay off her worthless SJW degree she got at UPenn (true story), no I'm not spending $30k to buy a chick a piano (again another true story).

Like I said, if I was really interested in finding and keeping a woman, I would have to lower my standards, and/or be more free with my money. Not willing to do that. Why? It's just not worth it. One of my friends used to have sex with a lot of women. His game was strong. He mainly picked up women from bars for one night stands and occasionally had 1-3 month plates going too. Eventually, he got into an LTR and got married. He now displays the behaviors of a classic beta male in his relationship.

It's difficult to explain how a man goes from being a guy who attracted-seduced many women to a guy who displays classic beta male wimpy behavior.

Was he always a beta but did a good imitation of a red pill alpha? Was he actually an alpha at one time but became a beta?

I'm curious to see multiple people's feedback on this. I can't be the only guy who has known a guy whose behavior has changed so much.

When I consider my friend who is now displaying beta behaviors in a marriage, I see a man who has clearly lost frame. If he had kept frame, he would be more attractive if his current relationship had lasted to this point.

My friend's current relationship has last longer than I think it has warranted lasting. She's not a high quality woman. It's a complete waste of time. His change in behavior isn't impressive.

A lot of guys emasculate or lose frame as a relationship progresses. Plenty of relationships continue to last after the man loses frame (if he ever even had a good frame). There are plenty of men who have been in 5, 10, 20, or 30 year relationships that are somewhere between subpar to mediocre.
