tricky situation

I know i should type alot more so you guys get the whole story but im just going to sum it up. my girlfriend and i broke up while she was on vacation. i heard alot about her cheating on me and i knew she was lying so i dumped her. i took her friends to a party while my x was still on vacation. The girls had to leave but i invited them to sleep over because my parents where away. one accepted and lied to her parents to stay. Any way we got it on all night. But heres the catch. She is my X's best friend. im thinking about asking her out tonight and i know the answer so that’s not a problem. Do you think this "relationship" could work out?

That depends on WHY you're asking her out. Are you asking her out for revenge? Or because there's nobody else that will go out with you...or because you just feel the need to be with somebody.

Another thing you should take into consideration is your reputation and how it will be affected.
