hey i want to build my trap muscle and i already do dumbell shrugs and i just started doin that and i want to know more excersices for traps and if i should use heavy weights for it and how many reps.
that list is just a dozen variations on shrugs. b/c they're the only way to isolate the traps. and dangerous on your shoulders if you don't do them properly.
do deadlifts, heavy, with proper form and your traps will get all they can handle at the top of the motion.
You could also do upright rows with a wider grip, and are you using wrist wraps? They are def worth the money when doing shrugs, dead lifts, dumbell rows, etc...
