Trainers?

The question is pretty much self-explanitory... But anyway... Im consdering if working out at a gym that costs about 30000 baht (750 dollars) is worth it or not... ? And is it vital to have a trainer, do they require more money?

dont bother. you can get a bench, weights, and a barbell at wal-mart for 105 dollars

dunno if there is a wal-mart in Thailand, though.
