So I'm looking into getting this product

http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/al/lipoultra.html

I'm at 13-15% body-fat and i just want to speed up the process to 8-10% faster.

My fitness schedule at a glance is like this

gym 4x a week (1.5-2hrs) major muscle groups
boxing 2-3x
morning jog 4-5x (30min)

Anyway, apparently this works as a topical lotion or something that you apply to areas of fat. I know you cant spot reduce fat but, apparently people have been getting good results with the chest/love handles etc.

Was hoping someone had tried it and knew if it was any good or not.

On a side note, this is safe to use right? no steroids or w/e

This product won't do much if your diet isn't in check. Post up your diet. If your diet is near perfect, and you have money left over then we can talk about fat burners.

Based on the info EFFORT asked of me before he gave his diet advise, you are going to have to provide all the P/C/F counts of each meal.

And trying to lose BF while eating "nuts throughout the day when I am bored", sounds,,,,,,,,,,, contradictory. :)

I guess I'm very active. boxing for 2 hours, then the gym, daily jogs etc. I need the food.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
