I'm 6' tall/145 pounds ..I used to weight almost 180lbs last year when I was eating fast foods..junk..etc. I've cleaned up and only eat clean now but I still have some small love handles and a bit of stomach fat, it's not much at all though. I've been doing weights for the last month. I'm skinny as it is now ..so I don't think more cardio is what I want. The extra bit of fat is there from my days of eating fast foods..it's only slightly annoying. Should I just stick to the weights for bulking up? Thanks

Hey,
you should definitely stop cardio when bulking up, especially if you're 6ft and 145lbs. Don't worry about a little bit of fat, because almost everybody will gain some fat while bulking. It's the winter, and you need to pack on some serious meat. It's important to eat clean, but you also have to eat enough calories to grow.

if you just started lifting that fat will melt away fast and be replaced with muscle.

Yeah I've totally cut the cardio out, I only do weights now. I eat a lot of carbs ..rice, pasta ..breads....potatoes. I also eat fish/steaks on a regular basis. Everyday I have 4 pieces of toast with peanut butter and banana for breakfast, usually with a yogurt. I literally eat all day, I do want to put on more weight, I'm one of those people who can eat a lot but it takes what seems like ages to put on weight.
