I did look it up, several people I've seen that have gotten ripped/cut in a short amount of time have ate lots of egg whites.
If you really believe that people are getting cut because of eating eggs whites then you have a lot to learn
Browse workout diets of the people who take this stuff seriously. I'll bet you'll find egg whites all over the place.
Again your not looking at the big picture. Browse the same workout diets of people who take it seriously and you'll see consistency, correct cal intake for there body, correct training for there body, enough sleep, cardio, good supplementation. If having some egg whites was all it took wouldn't everyone be walking around cut.
Second of all, I never said anything about eggs and cholesterol. So don't make false accusations.
True, but you did say to avoid fat as if its a bad thing, which implies that you obviously haven't done enough research.
And you want to avoid fat immediately after a workout, this is a common known fact that I have read on several workout forums, in several health/workout magazines, and everything related to it.
