Try Quitting dairy, wheat and cut down sugar, take a probiodic and mouth wash with sea salt and bicarbonate soda mix before bed and morning. Worked for me.

As for removal. I have no idea why you can't push it off with a stick but I have heard of people spraying them with a water jet from a syringe.

The doctor said it wasnt tonsil stones. He said it was something like Chopski's Ring or something to that affect. He said if it was tonsil stones, then it would be near my tonsils and NOT in my throat. He looked inside with a flashlight and stick and said he saw NOTHING.

What mouthwash brand do you use ? By the way, where do you buy sea salt?

thanks.

That explains why you can't pick them off lol.

You buy sea salt from the supermarket or health food store.

I make my own mouth wash from sea salt and bi-carb soda dissolved into water.

Normal sweet, alcohol mouthwashes are not that good.

Well the thing is when i do cough these things out... they look exactly like tonsil stones. They smell HORRIBLE as well which fits the description of the tonsil stones I don't see how it couldnt be tonsil stones b/c it was food particles stuck. Only thing i see that it couldnt be tonsil stones is ppl complain about the smell but I don't even bother smelling it. I just find it getting stuck in my throat to be the ultimate problem.

Can you tell me what brand sea salt you use b/c i will most likely get the same one. When you mean normal sweet alcohol mouthwashes, you are referring to stuff like Listerine right?

The specialist told me to go another hospital next week so they can take pictures to make certain. She also said to use hydrogen peroxide to get it out. Do you know if hydrogen peroxide helps?

Any sea salt will do. Yes not listerine, even wikipedia tells you not to use it for stones. I have heard of HP working for some people, it works similar to my solution.

Keep researching.

I am actually trying out vinegar now. I got a very small piece out when gargling with vinegar. I used it last time and it worked well.
