I am against body piercings and tatooes of any kind. The human body is already a piece of art. Piercing/tatooing it to me is like vandalism. I find it very unattractive.
I understand that there are some cultures/religions that have tatooes or piercings as a rite of passage or for meaningful symbolism and that's fine. I respect that.
With that said, the follow excludes those mentioned above:
Argument 1:
To me when I see a woman with a lot of tatooes/piercings, first thing that comes to mind is insecurity. A lot of the time people with them claim them as "art" but they are more about masking insecurities than really being "art". There are some exceptions, but I believe that most people do it out of some sort of insecurity. My argument is, "if you're secure with yourself and your body, WHY CHANGE IT?" Is this not a sign of being INsecure?
Argument 2
Second thing that comes to mind is that she is promiscuous. If she is liberal enough to do those sorts of things to her body, she is probably liberal enough with her body to sleep around. Those women who respect and value their bodies are not likely to mark it up. If they respect their bodies enough to not mark it up, then they also probably respect their bodies enough NOT to sleep around. That's my logic regarding this second point.
Argument 3
The third thing that comes to mind is that she may be a little emotionally/psychologically unstable. My argument here is that people with insecurities (see argument 1) are very likely to carry other negative emotional/psychological traits that STEM from being insecure (it's like an avalanche effect).
While I may have generalized a fair bit, I stand by all of them from past experience. In short, I try to avoid girls with tatooes/piercings.
