WHat do men think of girls with tongue rings?? Is this a wh0rish looking thing? Do you have any respect for girl with them. I know alot of people automatically jump to assumptions....Would you ever take her home to meet mom?/

Why don't more guys get them???

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I would never kiss a girl with a tongue ring:

1. It's fu*king sick to me.
2. I don't want sum metal crap going in my mouth.
3. She's probably sucking a lot of di*k in which case i definately don't want to kiss her.
4. If my mom saw me with her, she would smack me and tell me that i'm lowering my standards yet again.

Why don't i get a tongue ring?
Well if i wanted some weird object in my mouth, then i would suck a ****.
Any guy who has a tongue ring is gay or doesn't know it yet.

I always jump to assumptions, and 99.999999% of the time they are correct.

*********************DISCLAIMER*********************
The following post contains generalizations which you may or may not find offensive. While the writer admits to exceptions to the generalizations, he stands by them. Reader discretion is advised.
****************************************************

I am against body piercings and tatooes of any kind. The human body is already a piece of art. Piercing/tatooing it to me is like vandalism. I find it very unattractive.

I understand that there are some cultures/religions that have tatooes or piercings as a rite of passage or for meaningful symbolism and that's fine. I respect that.

With that said, the follow excludes those mentioned above:

Argument 1:

To me when I see a woman with a lot of tatooes/piercings, first thing that comes to mind is insecurity. A lot of the time people with them claim them as "art" but they are more about masking insecurities than really being "art". There are some exceptions, but I believe that most people do it out of some sort of insecurity. My argument is, "if you're secure with yourself and your body, WHY CHANGE IT?" Is this not a sign of being INsecure?

Argument 2

Second thing that comes to mind is that she is promiscuous. If she is liberal enough to do those sorts of things to her body, she is probably liberal enough with her body to sleep around. Those women who respect and value their bodies are not likely to mark it up. If they respect their bodies enough to not mark it up, then they also probably respect their bodies enough NOT to sleep around. That's my logic regarding this second point.

Argument 3

The third thing that comes to mind is that she may be a little emotionally/psychologically unstable. My argument here is that people with insecurities (see argument 1) are very likely to carry other negative emotional/psychological traits that STEM from being insecure (it's like an avalanche effect).

While I may have generalized a fair bit, I stand by all of them from past experience. In short, I try to avoid girls with tatooes/piercings.

The guy I am seeing suggested plenty of times that I take it out. I guess I should. I got it when I was 18 and going through a major phase.

Am I wrong if I don't respect his wishes?

Peace and Quiet

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

I think its more about self mutilation than actual change.
They take it out on their body because deep down they can't change who they are, and hate themselves.

This reminds me of when i went to Europe. There were so many fu*ked up kids jumping off buildings trying to kill themselves... It's really sad when people hate who they are.

I think all of what was said is true. I don't hate myself, though. I am not a wh0re. I got it cause I thought it was cute. I really don't like it now. My guy loves it when he gets the pleasure, but on a regular he complains and says I should take it out.

Sounds exactly like me. :D

It's funny, this "respect every freaky thing that psycho dudes invent and try to convince us that is the thing. YOU OUGHT TO respect it otherwise you're a fvckin' MORON". What the hell?

If you accept everything as "natural" and "oh great. people are free", be PREPARED for what's going to happen to you next. Case in point: wh0res. Anything else? No? Ok, fine! ;)

BTW, great post TillTheEndOfTime. Sums up nicely what I think. My ex-gf wanted to do some tatoos and I said clearly to her that if she'd done it, I would break up with her in a heartbeat. In fact, I broke up with her anyways.

To me it's just a piercing, but a lot of people I know will judge a girl with a piercing like this to be a type that sucks a lot of d!ck. We all like getting, but no guy wants to be with someone that they think has sucked off half of their city.

Don't always be the one putting yourself out for her. Don't always be the one putting all the effort and work into the relationship. Let her, and expect her, to treat you as well as you treat her, and to improve the quality of your life.

Men usually think too much about it. It's natural.

After all, it's just fvckin' disgusting. Think about it for a second. (ok, it's better to not think about it). :D

TTEOT sums it up pretty well. I agree along the same lines. The bar scene is heavily sedated with these 'type' of girlz (and guys).

How is some big ugly-azz spider and web across the whole lower back supposed to be attractive or artistic? I think it gives a sense of belonging for some people. It was used a long time ago for certain tribes etc.

The t-ring ... same principle .. insecurity and for attention (the wrong attention).

Tounge ring = good head

that's really all I need to know honestly. I can take her home to mom, she's modern enough. I brought home a girl with a bunch of tats one time totally expecting her to freak and after my date was over she said she was "an interesting, nice girl"

Sigh god bless my mother and her willingness to change with the times.

I think belly button rings are damn hot.

If you want to talk, talk to your friends. If you want a girl to like you, listen to her, ask questions, and act like you are on the edge of your seat.
