MDgood ..Thats pretty funnny man. I think everyone says stupid things to girl sometimes, more so after a few drinks, and to varying degrees of stupidity. I think saying "I love you" ranks up there as being pretty stupid, if you mean it or not.

Thinking of stupid or things I have said when drunk. 2 weeks ago I was at a bar waiting for the barmaid to get me a drink and the girl next to me says "I like that shirt". The shirt was powder blue button down shirt that I bought at express/structure....it was a light, light blue. But, anyway...I was really drunk(I stopped drinking for a good part of this year because i quit smoking, Im a light weght now" so my reply was oh "its the same color as your bra"(her strap was hanging out). She looked at me like WTF....then went on to tell me it matched her thong. I was oh ok cool..we chatted for a minute, until I got my drink I went back to my freinds.

No. Your grammar and verb conjugations were way off. That is universal.

And yes, different countries have different slang.

And no, cubans don't use any more slang than any other group.

Got a question, in the song "La Bamba", does the line "Yo no soy marinero" simply mean "I'm not a sailor" and then the follow up with "Soy Capitan, Soy Capitan" ("I'm the Captain, I'm the Captain") ?
