I need further motivation and energy to go out and pull something real. I usually start feeling really on edge by day 5. So by the time the weekend rolls round I should be in the mood to displace some surplus energy. This, in addition to my new found sobriety will work wonders.

I've gone 100+ days with no porn and no jerking it. My issue is, eventually I lost.my ability to hold/get erections. It was the oddest thing. It's actually the reverse. The hard stuff doesn't bother me so much. It's the softer photos of the 9's and 10's that appeal more. Shouldn't be too bad. Im no porn foreverI think every guy is a little different. I would recommend getting rid of porn, but going no fap? Let that be a personal decision. Some guys have reported that it takes a couple months to see the real benefits...I can sort of confirm this myself. The thinking is that it forces your brain to reset sort of from no longer having the exposure to porn that it became used to. I can NOT report any sort of success with going no porn and no fap and having miraculous rock hard erections like I had when I was 17. So if you think that'll happen if you do all this, think again.
