You can still be her friend without being one of her girlfriends. Just be cool but realize that she has probably already made up her mind about you. However, there is no point in being bitter about the whole thing. In my opinion, that just takes a lot of extra energy that could be put into better use like approaching and macking on other girls (this girl who rejected you should not be the be all, end all). I say keep in touch regularly but don't initiate any outings or go out of your way for her.
