To Rent On My Own Or Move In With GF

So I'm 23 - had 50+ girls already. Found a girl I feel a good connection with.

I make 80k/year but in NYC - that's peanuts.

A small 1 bedroom condo is 2k a month. I could pay that off by myself, or split the rent with my gf which would make it much more manageable.

Any advice?

Make sure that worst case scenario you can kick her out and you can still pay rent. Also don't put her name on the lease so if you do kick her out, she doesn't have claim.

Make sure you can't get burned.

do not move with a girl you do not intend to marry in the very near future

turst me on this one. the 1k a month difference is not worth it in the long run. get your own place for now

+1000 on this as well with that kind of money you'd be a fvcking fool to move in with a girl. And for what half rent & free pvssy? Fvck that bro hold your dignity get YOUR OWN place. Trust me eventually they will LEAVE or you'll want them to
I did this mistake twice

Do not be too easy. If you are too easy to get, she will not want you. If you are too easy to keep, she will lose interest in you. If you are too easy to control, she will not respect you.

It's not worth it. Her shoes will take up the whole fvcking closet and your bathroom will have that faintly permanent 'period blood' smell.

But like Alle_Gory says, move in with her for the hell of it and learn what it's really like to live with a woman. Learn what a pain in the ass it is first-hand. But yeah, don't put her name on 5hit so you can kick her and her shoes out when you're sick of her.

Just don't do it. It will be a painful experience which could be an expensive experience if not played right.

Side note I do not envy the cost of living in NY at all. Though it's mostly because of the depressed market out here, you can rent a 3 bed 2.5 bath with two car garage for 1k. 2.5k can get you a 5 bed 3.5 bath 3 story home with an elevator. I could see moving a girl in there. If you get pissed at her, the other room is in another zipcode.

I'm actually glad I played house with my guwlfwend when I was 21-22 so I could get that **** out of my system at a young age.

Their p!ss smells really bad.

It's not that I would absolutely never consider doing it again, but it's definitely not something I'm ever going to wonder if I'm "missing out" on, and thus make another bonehead move, like play house with the wrong chick again.

Yeah but does anyone do that? No they have to get burned a few times before they understand why. I say go for it.

Take the term of the lease, subtract about three months, maybe six if you're more optimistic, and that's the number of months in hell that you risk. If you could get a month-to-month or at least a short term lease, it all might not end quite as painfully.
